We are so excited to be able to share this limited supply of our premium grass-fed chicken with our customers. Our birds have been raised under the canopy of our heirloom walnut orchard, enjoying native pasture, locally-milled organic feed and the room to roam and range for whatever their hearts’ desire. Processed on-farm the first weekend in May, they are ready to make their way from our farm to your table. Because we have a very limited supply of American Bresse and Austrian Sulmtaler, we are offering them first to those that signed up for our Buyer’s Club, and then to anyone else that is interested.
